Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your products. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us via e-mail at support@artifactfinery.com so we can help!
Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your item(s).
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A shipping label will be e-mailed to you for your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved.
When your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note, refunds are issued as soon as items are received and inspected. Processing times are dependent on your financial institution.
Final Sale items
Occasionally, discounted items on our website will be marked "Final Sale". Items marked "Final Sale" in the description are not eligible for return. Please note, these items are not damaged or defective in any way, but in most cases are discontinued by the manufacturer and therefore cannot be returned.
